Xck44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity for large withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is successfully completed.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on xck44:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, though the cash-out option may be used if available.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled using their original odds.
• Xck44 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Odds may change while placing a bet in live betting. All bets will be settled at the odds that were displayed at the time of confirmation.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum single bet amount is determined per event.

Xck44 reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any event. Unusual betting patterns on a specific event may be investigated, and the bets in question may be suspended pending review.

Xck44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Specific wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be used.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses are offered to regular members. Each offer is available for a limited time.
• Accumulator Bonus: Special bonus odds are applied to accumulators with 3 or more selections.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance will be converted into real funds.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xck44:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to fix matches or influence the outcome of any event.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hack the xck44 system.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Assisting minors in placing bets.

If any user is found to be involved in the activities listed above, their account will be immediately suspended and the entire balance may be forfeited. Relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

Xck44 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• For investigation of suspicious activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. If a balance remains at the time of the request, it will be returned through the standard process.

An administration fee may be charged on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
